Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to all non-personalised, ready-made products.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or by post).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after I receive your notice of withdrawal. However, I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify me of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made Lyravyor sets that are individually created according to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal requirements.

This applies to all products that are specially made or assembled based on your individual choices.

Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights if your personalised product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please contact me within 14 days at heimatseiten@web.de.

To help me process your request as quickly as possible, please include clear photographs of the issue. I will carefully review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
